Obtain Access
To access web sites on this platform, you need to perform two steps:

First, you need to create an account for yourself on the system. For this, click on the Create a User Account link. Note that if you already have an account, you can use it for multiple sites on the platform (Quickplaces included).

Secondly, you need to request access to the site via the EDS site manager. The process for submitting such a request differs per site. Be sure to include your user name as provided in the account registration message with the request.

Provide Access
If you are a site manager, you can give access to registered users via the Site Access Management utility, which you can access via the Manage Access to Your Sites link. Note that users need to create an account for themselves before you can give them access to your site (see the previous paragraph).

Change or Reset Your Password
To change or reset your password, you can use the Site Access Registration utility, which you can access by clicking the Manage Your Password link.

To reset your password, you need to know your email address used when your account was created, plus the answer to a challenge question. If you do not recall these, you will need to contact the manager of the site you are trying to access and request that your password be reset by an administrator. EDS personnel can use the EDS CIO Digital Support Centre (see Related Links) to request such a password reset.

Web Site Support
If you are having issues with a web site on this platform, please contact its EDS site manager. If the problem turns out to be related to the hosting platform, the site manager can request system administrator support via the EDS CIO Digital Support Centre (see Related Links).
